手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症75例临床分析

Surgery on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,(a report of seventy five cases)

采用半椎板或全椎板切除髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，总有效率为９８６％，优良率９６％，两种手术方法的优点是暴露范围广，术野清楚，不易损伤神经根，术后复发率低。通过比较，认为全椎板切除术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法之一。对临床诊断与术中诊断进行对比分析，临床诊断符合率为９４％，定位诊断符合率为８８５％，强调了临床表现在该病诊治中的重要价值。

Half or total laminectomy were applied to remove the pulpiform nucleus in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral, total effective rate 98.6%,excellent rate96%.The advantages of these two surgeries are wide exposure ,clear sight ,uneasy to injure the nerve root ,and low recurrence rate. By comparing ,it is considered the toal laminectomy is one ofthe effective way to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral.By comparng clincal diagnosis and surgical ond ,the clinical diagnostic accordance rate was 94%,and levl diagnostic accordance rate was 88.5% It emphasized the value of clinical manifestation in treating this disease.
