Microcomputer controlled governor for servo valve PFW （S） T-100-4.0-STARS of Gongboxia hydropower station was introduced, and then the faults of governor during operation were analyzed, the cause of faults were pointed out. Based on the analysis, corresponding measures were taken to rebuild the governor, so that the faults vanished in subsequent operation, which shows that the measures are valid for the treatment.
