摘要
动物福利,就是让动物在健康、快乐的状态下生存。从动物福利运动兴起至今,许多国家和国际组织在动物福利方面已经制定或即将制定相应的法律、法规、标准和准则。中国是一个农业大国,尽快制定出适合国情的动物福利法律、法规及标准,提高我国的动物福利水平,已显得十分紧迫和必要。
For welfare of animals is to let animals to live in a healthy and pleasant condition. Since the rise of the movement of the animal welfare, laws, principles, standards and codes on animal welfare were formulated in many countries and international organizations. In China, as a great agricultural country, to formulate laws, principles, standards and codes on basis of national conditions in order to improve animal welfare of our country appears to be very urgent and necessary.
