芋芽继代培养中激素、水解乳蛋白、碳源的调节研究 被引量:13

摘要 在继代培养中,为提高芋组培苗的增殖效果,降低组培苗生产成本,获得健壮的芋头组培苗。实验从激素、水解乳蛋白、碳源三个方面研究了其对芋组培芽继代培养的调节作用。结果表明:BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.1~0.2,mg/L的激素配比有利于芋芽的增殖,但当NAA的浓度为0.1mg/L时,可大大抑制多次继代后根的发生。不同浓度水解乳蛋白(LH)对芋芽的分化率无显著差异,但添加LH可提高芋芽的生长速度,当LH为500mg/L时,芋苗最高。蔗糖、食用白糖、葡萄糖对芋芽的增殖和生根效果较好,麦芽糖稍差;从降低生产成本度考虑,可选用食用白糖作为芋芽继代培养的碳源。 In order to raise the multiplication effects of adventitious buds, to reduce the producing costs and attain strong seedling in subculture of taro buds, Factors (hormone, LH, carbon seurce) 'affecting the subculture of taro buds were studied, and the results were as follows: BA 4.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 - 0. 2 mg/L was beneficial for taro bud propagation. However, when NAA was 0. 1 mg/L, the buds after several times subculture were greatly inhibited from rooting. Various concentrations of LH had no obvious difference on taro bud propagation rate, but the growth speed of taro bud was increased with LH. When LH was 500 mg/L, taro seedling was the highest. The effect of sucrose, sugar and glucose on the rate of taro bud propagation and rooting was better than that of maltose. Considering of reducing cost, we had better choice common sugar as the carbon source.
