The effect of different eco-environment on the quality of famous tea

摘要 本文通过对裸露茶园和林茶间作茶园名茶生化成分含量差异的分析表明,林茶间作良好的生态环境有利于名茶品质的提高,其代表茶汤鲜爽度的氨基酸含量明显高于裸露茶园,而代表茶汤苦涩味的茶多酚含量则明显低于裸露茶园,这有利于改善名茶尤其夏秋名茶的茶汤滋味。 The difference of content of biochemical components of famous tea planted in the bareness tea garden and Inter-cropping forest with tea garden was analyzed. The results showed that the later tea garden's excellent ecological environment was good for developing famous tea's quality, and the amino acids, which represent the clean and greenness of tea solution, is evidently higher than that of bareness tea garden, while tea polyphenols, which represent the saline s of tea solution, is evidently lower than that of bareness tea garden, this is good for developing the taste of tea solution of famous tea especially suramer and autumn famous tea.
