竣工测量与竣工总平面图的编制方法

Preparing method for completion surveying and completion general layout

针对目前竣工测量与竣工总平面图的编绘在施工中尚属于薄弱环节,而竣工总平面图在工程实践中却是非常重要的技术文件之一。加之现今教材内容论述过于简单和分散,现场又无系统的可依据的理论和可行的方法。通过理论研究、工程实践以及对建筑工程的重要性的研究,研究总结出一些编制竣工总平图的可行的方法。结果表明,此方法既实用可行,又比较系统完整。对施工现场编制出一份符合工程实际的、对今后改扩建提供重要依据的竣工图具有指导和参考价值。

At present, completion surveying and drawing of the completion general layout are weak link in construction. The completion general layout, however, is one of important documentaries in construction. What＇s more, these are discussed too briefly and decentralized in the present textbooks. In this paper,some researches in theory and practice are carried out. and its importance is studied. At last, some recipes are put forward for drawing the completion general layout. These recipes prove adaptable and systematic. And they are instructive for drawing the completion general layout.
