摘要
为了实现对温度的精确测量、显示,利用单片机技术设计了智能化多功能温度控制器.给出了系统的硬件结构和软件设计思路.系统中采用EEPROM实现随机修改用户设置的基本参数,确保掉电后可靠地保持用户设置参数及历史数据.设计符合工厂应用要求,可以满足不同用户的需要.控制器采用参数密码保护和自检系统,有效防止由于错误控制而引起的不可预知的甚至危险的后果.
To guarantee the accurate measure and display of the temperature, we devised the intelligentized multi - functional temperature controller. The essay listed the hardware structure and the software design principle of the system. In the system we ensure the maintenance of the user - set parameter and historic data by modifying the basic parameter set by the custom at random. The devise can meet the requirement of industrial application and satisfy the various requirement of different users. The controller adopted parameter - code protection and selfcheck system to prevent effectively the unpredictable, even dangerous consequences caused by error control.
