摘要
提出野生榛蘑中多糖的提取流程,通过水煮醇沉法对野生榛蘑中的多糖进行了分离提取,得到棕褐色的野榛蘑粗多糖,粗多糖得率为11.91%,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定了多糖含量,多糖含量为44.28%,相对标准偏差为3.7%.
We put up a separation process for the polysaccharide in the wildness hazel-mushroom by poach method and ethyl alcohol deposition. Then we separately the rawness brown hazel-mushroom polysaccharide. After that we measured the contents of polysaccharide by carbolic acid-sulfuric acid method. The ratio of rawness wildness hazel-mushroom polysaccharide we received is 11. 91%, the content of polysaccharide is 44.28%. Relative standard deviation is 3.7%.
