摘要
提出了一种采用分段线性函数实现图像增强的方法.为了避免在图像增强过程中的过度平滑或锐化,定义一个7段线性函数.函数的自变量是输入图像的某一像素灰度值与其3×3邻域一像素灰度值之差,函数的输出反映了这个差值对输出像素灰度值的贡献.分段函数还通过两个参数分别调整平滑或锐化的程度.实验结果表明,这种方法是一种灵活、有效的图像增强方法.
A method of digital image enhancement which is presented, is based on a segment linear function. In order to avoid excessive smoothing or sharpening, a 7 segment linear function is defined. The input of the function is the difference of the gray levels between the central pixel and one of its 3×3 neighbour, the output of the function shows the contribution of that difference to the output pixel. There are two adaptive parameters in the function, which is used to decide the degree of smoothing and sharpening. The results of experiments show that this method is a flexible and efficient image enhancement method.
