蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统的建模研究

摘要 根据软件开发理论的研究,针对目前高温空气燃烧技术在工业炉领域中具体应用,以蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器为研究对象研制开发了蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统。该系统可完成蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器的工艺设计与校核计算全过程,大大提高了设计效率。从不同的模型,不同的视角,详细地描述了标准建模语言UML在开发蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统中的建模的一般过程,并阐述了建模的工作结果和模型的使用效果。结果表明,UML的建模方法对整个蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统的实现起到了重要作用。 In view ofpractical application ofHTAC technology in industrial furnace, based on sottware development theory, aceramic-ballregenerative burner designing (HTACBALL) system for cermnic-ball regenerative burner has been developed. The system can accomplish the entire process of design and checking calculation of the ceramic-ball regenerative burner, it also can improve the efficiency of design greatly. This paper, from the different models and angles of the view, discussed the general procedure of HTACBALL system in details, which is modeled by UML. Moreover, the result of modeling and the efficiency of model have been described. The UML modeling method played an important role in the accomplishment of HTACBALL system.
