分析了攀钢线材厂加热炉吨钢燃耗偏高的原因;通过采取优化钢坯加热温度、优化加热炉待轧保温制度、提高热风预热温度和规范燃烧控制等一系列措施,使加热炉吨钢燃耗得到了明显降低。

Reason of higher unit fuel consumption in the heating furnace was analysed. Through taking a series of measures, such as optimizing the steel feed heating temperature, optimizing the keeping temperature rule of the heating furnace, enhancing the preheating temperature and burning control of the hot air furnace etc, in the result unit fuel consumption had been obviously reduced.
