文章分析了图书馆数字化参考咨询活动中的用户因素,讨论了图书馆数字化参考咨询评价指标体系中的用户因素指标的设置,并就如何采集用户因素的有关信息与数据提出了建议。
The paper has analyzed user factor in the library digitization reference consulting activity, discussed establishment of user factor target in the library digitization reference consultation appraisal target system, and puts forward the proposal of how to gather the user factor the related information and the data.
