城市游憩商业区建设研究——以长沙市为例

Construction of Urban Recreational Business District—A Case Study of Changsha

介绍了游憩商业区(RBD)的概念,分析了RBD与CBD、SHOPPING MALL的区别;并通过比较长沙市以黄兴南路步行街为核心的城市中心RBD和以金鹰影视文化广场为核心的城郊RBD的优势与不足,提出了长沙市发展RBD的对策:一是进一步充实游憩区的游憩内容,提升现有游憩地功能;二是重视游憩廊道的建设,有机整合城市游憩资源;三是保证交通的畅达性;四是建设特色RBD,提升其文化内涵。

Since the 20th century, the demand structure for urban leisure has changed greatly. As urban residents have more spare time and their cultural quality is improving, they raise new demand for the construction of the rest places. A case study of Changsha City is made in this article. There are two Recreatinal Business Districts（RBDs） in Changsha now, one is in the urban center and the other is in suburb. Both of them have obvious location advantages, but are lacking in good traffic and recreation facilities. To deal with this situation, the writers give some suggestions about the building of the urban RBDs of Changsha. Firstly, the recreation contents of the RBDs should be enriched and the function of RBDs be improved. Secondly, great importance should be attached to the construction of the rest corridor and the integration of the rest resources around the city. Thirdly, fluent traffic should be assured. Finally, the RBDs should have their own features, and their cultural connotation be raised.
