介绍了智能控制系统的工作原理及其实际应用,实践证明:实施磨矿分级智能控制系统后,磨机的台时处理量提高了9.82%,分级溢流+0.4mm粒级的含量也降低了3.2%。
The working principle of intelligent control system and its actual application were introduced. Its application practice proved that the handling capacity per machine hour of grinding device increased 9.82%, and the content of + 0.4mm fraction in classification overflow decreased 3.2 %.
