摘要
在珠海发电厂循环冷却水系统海生物污染控制过程中,海生物物种不断变化,通过改进加药方式,有效地控制了海生物污染。最初,采用加氯的方式,绿贝和藤壶等污染物无法杀灭;然后,改为加非氧化性杀生剂Clam-Trol CT1300,有效控制了绿贝和藤壶的污染,但之后又出现了新的污染物———褐贝和水螅虫;在分析海生物的生长特性、对药剂的敏感性以及药剂使用的经济性等的基础上,确定采用CT1300加次氯酸钠的加药方式,现场试验结果表明海生物污染得到基本控制。这为直流式海水循环冷却系统的生物污染控制提供了一种有效的解决方案,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。
In the control of halobios pollution of the circulating cooling water system in Zhuhai Power Station, aiming at the changing varieties of marine life, the dosing manner was ameliorated to effectively control halobios pollution. At first, green mussels and barnacles could not be killed with chlorine dosing, After adopting non-oxidizing organism killing agent Clam-Trol CT1300, new pollutants of brown mussels and hydroids appeared though the pollution of green mussels and barnacles was effectively controlled, Upon analysis of the growth characteristics of halobios, their sensitivity to chemicals as well as the economic efficiency of chemical usage, the use of CT1300 with sodium hypochlorite was determined, and the field test results showed that the halobios pollution was basically controlled. It provides an effective solution to biocontamination of once-through seawater circulating cooling system and as a result has broad application prospects and value for popularization.
