Analysis of Measures to Prevent Electrical Error Operating Accidents

针对500 kV变电站防止电气误操作的问题,分析了引起误操作事故的各种原因,并结合500 kV变电站目前的运行管理现状,尤其是综合自动化变电站操作带来的新问题,分别从技术、管理和人员培训等方面提出了若干措施。

This article analyses several kinds of reasons that cause the electrical error operating accidents, in terms of some measures to prevent electrical accidents for 500 kV transformer stations and it also provides some measures to present situation of operating management in 500 kV transformer stations, especially for integrated automation currently in substations problems, by analyzing from the aspects of technology, management and personal training.
