摘要
试验选用以高抗大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种的抗线2号为母本,以适应性广泛的黑龙江省主栽品种合丰25为父本。2003年杂交,2005年种植杂交F1、F2代,通过对杂交F1、F2代的各个性状进行分析来说明各性状的遗传力大小及遗传相关。遗传力的次序为:株高>单株荚数>单株粒重>单株粒数>分枝>百粒重。各性状与单株粒重的相关系数为:单株粒数>单株荚数>节数>株高>分枝>百粒重。
This experiment took Kangxian 2 as female parent, which was highly resistant to No. 3 physiological strain of soybean cyst nematode and Hefeng 25 as male parent which had extensive adaptability and was the leading variety in Heilongjiang. The hybridization was done in 2004, according to the analysis of each traits of F1 and Fz, the heritability of each trait and genetic correlation were illu minated. The order of heritability was. plant height〉pods per plant〉grains weight per plant〉grains number per plant〉branches per plant〉100-seed weight. The order of correlation coefficient between each trait and grains weight per plant was: grains number per plant pods per plant 〉node number per plant〉 plant height〉 branches per plant 〉100-seed weight
