摘要
本文分析了老式TN1-200型凸焊机的导电方式及导体部份的通水导体太笨重,耗铜量大的原因;改进设计出新型的导电结构,节约黄铜123.6kg,简化了机架结构,安装调节方便,提高了凸焊机的使用性能。为进一步降低成本,还将电极用铬镁铝合金改为冷锻紫铜,实际使用证明行之有效,并可节约电极用铜合金100多kg,技术经济效益显著。
The conducting way, heavier waterway of conductor and the cause of copper consumption for the old TN1-200 projection Welding machine are analyzed in this paper.The new type conducting structure is designed out.It can save 123.6kg brasses.The frame structure is simplified.The mounting and regulation are easy.The Performance of the projection welding machine is improved.To further reduce costs, chrome-magnesite aluminium alloy of electrode is transformed into cold forming red copper and effective in practice has been proved.It can save over 100 kg copper alloys of electrode.Technical and economic effect are notable.
