This article introduced some measures to obtain rice high and stable yield in Dongrong Village of Yi＇ an County. The measures as follows-reasonably using the land to develop weel irrigation rice field, enhancing the temperature of water and soil, reasonable irrigation, selecting improved rice varieties and fertilizing reasonably, et al.
