摘要 采用正交设计法选择黄藤素最佳氢化条件,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,乙醇为溶剂,用水浴加热反应。实验结果最佳氢化条件是A2B2C2,即硼氢化钾与黄藤素用量之比为1:5,乙醇浓度为70%。 Best hydrogenate condition to Fibraurea recisa pierre(FRP) was investigated by orthonal design, and the potassium borohydride(KBH4) was used as reductant, the ethylacohol as solvent, and the heating reaction was chosen. Results showed that the best hydrogenate condition is A2B2C2, ie,KBH4 to FRP ratio 1:5, 70 percent ethylacohol concentration, and the dosage of solvent is ten times as much as FRP.
