One Bath Dyeing of Spun Silk/Cotton Cheese

对绢丝/棉混纺纱的染色性能进行研究,利用两类纤维不同的染色特性,根据本厂现有的设备和常用染料,探讨出一套合理的前处理和染色工艺,达到一浴同色染色的预期效果。

Utilizing the different dyeing properties of cotton and spun silk, the pretreatment and dyeing of spun silk/ cotton blended yarn are performed by using the available equipment and commonly used dyes in the factory and through experiments a suitable process was found out and the expected homochromatic effect of one-bath dyeing of blended yarn is acheved.
