乌拉地尔对重度子痫前期降压疗效的观察

The Effects of Urapidil on Treatment of Serious Preeclampsia

目的:探讨乌拉地尔治疗重度子痫前期的作用。方法:140例重度子痫前期住院患者,随机分成乌拉地尔组75例和立其定组65例,乌拉地尔组以5%葡萄糖液250mL加乌拉地尔20mg静滴,根据血压调整滴数,24小时总量≤100mg;立其定组以5%葡萄糖液250mL加立其定20mg静滴,根据血压调整滴数,24小时总量≤60mg。结果:用药15分钟后乌拉地尔组收缩压和舒张压即开始明显下降,用药后15分钟、30分钟、2小时与立其定组比较差别显著(P<0.01),且能控制血压达到理想范围(90mmHg^100mmHg)。两组分娩方式、产后出血,胎儿宫内窘迫、围生新生儿窒息率、围生新生儿死亡率比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)结论:乌拉地尔能迅速控制重度子痫前期患者的血压,防止并发症,提高围产儿存活率。

Objective： To study the effects of urapidil on serious preeclampsia. Methods： 140 pregnant women with serious preeclampsia were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases treated by urapidil （urapidil group） and 65 cases treated by regitine （regitine group）. Urapilil 50mg in 5% GS 250mL was given by intravenous drip （the total amount of 24 hours≤100mg ） in urapidil group; Regitine 20mg in 5% GS 250mL was given by intravenous drip （the total amount of 24 hours≤60mg ）in regitine group. The heart rate, BP, respiratory etc were recorded each 15in treatment. Results： 15 minutes after the injection, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased remarkably in the urapidil group. There was greater difference after 15mins, 30mins, 2hs treatment between the urapidit and the regitine group （P〈0.01） ,and the blood pressure could be controlled in （90-100）mmHg. The comparison between the two groups in delivery mode ,postpartum hemorrhage ;fetal distress, the rate of perinatal infant asphyxia and the rate of perinatal infant mortality had no statistic significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Urapidil can promptly control the blood pressure, prevent complication effectively, and raise the survival rate of perinatal infants in preeclampsia patients.
