神经干细胞与神经系统的重建
摘要
具有自我复制能力、多分化潜能的神经干细胞的发现为神经变性疾病和神经损伤的修复带来了新的希望和契机。本文就神经干细胞的特性、来源、神经细胞修复方式、目前临床及实验室研究进展进行综述,相信神经干细胞的研究必将产生一种全新的治疗技术,在治疗神经系统疾病方面将发挥巨大的作用。
