Applying of Clinical Pathway in orthopedic diseases

本项目将临床路径运用于4类骨科常见疾病,其主要特点是在制定临床路径的同时,也考虑了流程中各服务项目所需的各类卫生技术,将流程与资源进行了结合管理。根据本项目的研究结果,提出在临床路径制定过程中的几点建议:第一,临床路径的制定与优化应体现医院的自身特点;第二,临床路径的适用对象须进行选择;第三,临床路径的制定要有循证基础。

This project tries to manage four orthopedics diseases by clinical pathway. The main point is to consider not only the flow charts, but also the various healthcare technologies of each health service items. According to the outcome, there are several advices. First, the clinical pathway should embodies the specialty of hospitals which will carry it out; Second, the diseases should be selected before developing the clinical pathway; and third, clinical pathway should be drafted based on the evidence data.
