文章结合有关理论和实践,探讨了综合性医院导入行为识别的重要性及具体的做法和体会,认为规范员工行为能有效提高医院的美誉度和竞争力,形成独特的医院文化,为医院在竞争激烈的医疗市场中谋求发展产生深远的意义。
This article combining some theories and practices concerned discussed the importance of induced behavior identification in synthesis hospital, specific measures and the comprehensions. It is considered that standardization of employees behavior can improve the honor of our hospital and competitive strength and shape the distinctive hospital culture. Therefore it has deep significance in the development of our hospital in the intense competition.
