The depression of nursing disputation and defection incidence rate in surgery centre operating room

目的降低外科中心手术室护理纠纷与缺陷发生率。方法成立外科中心手术室QC小组,采用PDCA循环的程序方法,降低外科中心手术室护理纠纷与缺陷发生率。结果通过14个月的小组活动,外科中心手术室护理纠纷发生率由0．631％降为0．442％。结论通过本活动的开展,完成了预期的目标,有效地提高了外科手术中心护理质量,提高了患者满意度,而且小组成员的素质也有了明显提高。

Objective Depress incidence rate of nursing disputation and defection in surgery centre operating room. Method Establish a quality control team of surgery centre operating room applying with the science method of PDCA circulation in order to depress incidence rate of nursing disputation and defection in surgery centre operating room. Result The proceedings lasting 14 months had obviously effect. The incidence rate of nursing disputation and defection in surgery centre operating room had decreased from 0.631% to 0. 442%. Conclusion The proceedings had achieved predetermine target, improving the quality control of nursing in surgery centre operating room and the customer satisfaction rate. At same time diathesis of each member in the quality control team also were improved obviously.
