帕罗西汀对2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者疗效观察

The effect of paroxitine on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus compliated depression.

目的评价帕罗西汀对2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者抑郁、焦虑症状的疗效及安全性。方法对45例2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者给予帕罗西汀治疗12周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、MOS健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评定疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)和相关实验室检查评定安全性。结果帕罗西汀能明显改善2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者抑郁、焦虑症状,治疗后患者生活质量明显提高；无明显副反应。结论帕罗西汀对2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者的治疗安全有效。

Objective To study the effect and safety of paroxitine on depression and anxiety in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus eompliated depression. Methods A total of 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus compliated depression were treated by paroxitine and evaluated with HAMD, HAMA, SF-36, TESS and some related laboratory tests. Results Paroxitine could improve depression,anxiety,quality of life in type 2 diabetes mellitus compliated depression. Patients had no significant side effects. Conclusion Paroxitine is effective and safe for type 2 diabetes mellitus compliated depression.
