自我能力训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者的作用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨自我能力训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将80例恢复期精神分裂症患者分为自我能力训练组和对照组,每组40例,训练组给予有计划积极主动的自我能力训练,对照组采用常规护理方法。两组进行对照观察,以SDSS、ADL作为评分依据。结果训练组经6周的自我能力训练后SDSS各因子分较训练前差异均有显著性意义(P＜0．05),ADL评分明显优于对照组(P＜0．05),培养了患者对生活的兴趣和爱好,提高了患者的生活质量。结论说明自我能力训练可有效减轻恢复期精神分裂症患者的缺损症状,提高他们的生活质量。
