连续性高容量血液滤过治疗呼吸窘迫综合征 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究连续性高容量血液滤过(CHVHF)对14例呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的治疗效果。方法采用改装简易装置AK-10泵建立体外循环,保持血管通路畅通,血流量为280～330ml/min,基本为日间进行,与机械通气及支持疗法同步进行。结果14例中,死亡8例,5例属于传统血液滤过(CVVH)组。CHVHF组治疗后氧合指数及临床体征的改善明显优于CVVH组。结论应用CHVHF治疗ARDS比CVVH能有效提高血氧饱和度及改善一系列症状,提高疗效。我院使用简易装置作CHVHF治疗是可行的。
