高血压脑出血手术时机对神经结构的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究高血压脑出血的手术时机与血肿周围神经细胞病理变化的关系。方法采用遗传性高血压鼠建立自发性高血压脑出血模型,随机分A、B两组,分别于出血后4、6h处死。观察两组血肿周围神经细胞结构的变化及脑含水量百分比的差异。结果光镜及电镜下B组病理变化均较A组显著血肿旁的缺血区神经细胞线粒体肿胀显著、其脑含水量百分比(82.75±0.14)%也高于A组(80.87±0.31)%(P<0.01)。结论高血压脑出血后4h内清除血肿将有助于神经功能的保护。
