奈达铂联合5-FU/CF治疗晚期食管癌临床观察

Observation on efficacy of nedaplatin with 5-FU/CF in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma

为观察奈达铂(NDP)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)+亚叶酸钙(CF)方案(NLF)与顺铂(DDP)+5-FU+CF方案(PLF)治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效与不良反应,将108例晚期食管癌患者按接诊患者顺序数字表随机分为NLF方案组与PLF方案组。NLF方案组与PLF方案组有效率分别为67·3%(35/52)和58·9%(33/56),差异无统计学意义,P>0·05;恶心呕吐反应中,NLF方案组明显低于PLF方案组,特别是Ⅲ、Ⅳ度,分别为7·7%和37·5%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0·01。初步研究结果提示,NLF方案与PLF方案疗效相当,但其不良反应更低。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of NLF （Nedaplatin＋5-Fluorouracil＋Calcium folinate） regimen and PLF （Cisplatin＋5-Fluorouracil＋Calcium folinate） regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. The 108 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomized into group of NLF regimen and group of PLF regimen in time sequence of the sufferers＇ register. The efficacy rates of NLF regimen and PLF regimen were 67.3% （35/52） and 58.9% （33/56） respectively, but there was no statistical difference, P〉0.05. The rate of nausea and vomitimg was notably lower in group of NLF regimen than that of PLF regimen. Especially for Grade Ⅲ, Ⅳ, the rates were 7.7% and 37.5% respectively. The differences between them definitely showed the statistical meaning, P〈0.01. Primary research suggests that the efficacy of NLF regimen is almost equal to that of PLF regimen, but the toxicity of NLF regimen is much lower than that of PLF regimen.
