模拟常压失事潜艇环境对人体淋巴细胞分类的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the simulated normal pressure environment of disabled submarine on lymphocyte subset distribution

摘要 目的探讨在失事潜艇固壳未破损的环境下机体淋巴细胞分类计数改变情况,从而进一步探讨机体免疫功能的变化。方法4名健康男性受试者,利用500 m饱和潜水系统模拟失事潜艇固壳未破损的环境条件,控制氧浓度(18±1)%,二氧化碳浓度(2±0.5)%,气温10~18℃,应急照明,应急营养供给。分别于试验前,暴露第2天、第4天、第8天早晨空腹抽血,流式细胞分析术检测淋巴细胞分类。结果在试验开始后T细胞百分比升高,但随后逐渐下降,趋近正常值;B细胞百分比下降,在第8天有显著降低;NK细胞在暴露第2天显著下降,随后有恢复趋势;Tc下降,与试验前相比有显著差异; Th升高,但不显著。结论失事潜艇固壳未破损的环境条件对人体血液淋巴细胞分类有一定的影响,机体免疫细胞分类计数变化提示免疫功能下降。 Objective To investigate human lymphocyte subset distribution and immune function changes in the simulated environment of disabled submarine with unbroken shell. Methods 4 health men were taken as subjects. The environment of normal pressure disabled submarine was simulated by using the 500 m diving system (O2 : 18%±1%, CO2 : 2%±0.5%, temperature: 10~18 ℃, emergency lighting, emergency nutrition supply). The lymphocyte subset distribution was detected before the experiment and on day 2, day 4 and day 8 after exposure by using flow cytometry. Results The percentage of T cells increased after the experiment and then restored gradually to normal; the B cell percentage decreased; the NK cell percentage decreased on day 2; Tc decreased while Th increased. Conclusions The lymphocyte differential count changed in the environment of disabled submarine, which suggested a decrease in immune function.
