着色性干皮病伴基底细胞癌一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿女，9岁．因面颈部灰褐色斑丘疹7年伴鼻部肿块2年来我院就诊。患儿7年前无明显诱因鼻部出现一灰褐色斑点，未予注意，后皮疹逐渐增多。5年前皮疹泛发至全身，以面部为著，主要为密集的点状或小片状、灰褐色角化性斑疹及斑丘疹，在当地医院口服维胺酯胶囊（剂量及疗程不详），未见明显好转。2年前鼻部出现黄豆大小肿块，逐渐增大、增多，影响美观．为进一步治疗来我院门诊就诊．拟诊为着色性干皮病，基底细胞癌？患儿自发病以来．一般情况可，
