幼年和成年大鼠视皮层蛋白脂质蛋白质的基因表达

摘要 目的观察蛋白脂质蛋白质(proteolipid protein,PLP)基因在幼年和成年大鼠视皮层中的表达水平,探讨其在视觉可塑性关键期中的作用。方法采用半定量RT-PCR方法,分析处于视觉可塑性关键期内的幼年大鼠和处于视觉可塑性关键期后的成年大鼠视皮层中PLP基因的表达水平。结果幼年大鼠和成年大鼠视皮层间PLP mRNA表达量有显著性差异,PLP mRNA在幼年大鼠视皮层中表达水平显著高于成年大鼠。结论PLP基因在视觉可塑性关键期内的幼年大鼠视皮层中呈高水平表达,证实了PLP基因是视觉可塑性相关基因,参与了视觉可塑性关键期的调控。 Objective To observe the expression of proteolipid protein (PLP) gene in visual cortex of Juvenile and adult rats and investigate the role of PLP gene to the critical period neuroplasticity in visual cortex. Methods The levels of PLP gene expression were analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR in the visual cortex of Juvenile and adult rats. Results The levels of PLP mRNA expression were significant difference between the visual cortex of Juvenile and adult rats, The expression level was significant higher in the visual cortex of Juvenile rats than that of adult rats. Conclusion PLP gene is high level expression in the visual cortex of Juvenile rats in the critical period of visual cortex plasticity. The results confirm that PLP gene is the plasticity gene related to the visual cortex plasticity and it participate regulation of the critical period of visual cortex plasticity.
