癌症患者心理干预治疗10年文献分析

Psychological intervention for cancer patients:Literature analysis in the past decade

目的:总结近10年中国从心理社会角度探讨癌症患者生活质量改善的有关进展。资料来源:检索中国学术期刊全文数据库1994-01/2005-12关于癌症患者心理干预研究的文章,检索项为“篇名,关键词,摘要”,检索词“癌症,心理”,检索范围为“核心期刊”。资料选择:对资料进行初审。纳入标准:从生理-心理-社会模式探讨癌症患者治疗的文章。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到141篇关于癌症患者心理干预的文章,121篇文献符合纳入标准。排除的20篇文章为重复性研究。资料综合:121篇文章包括48篇定性研究和73篇定量研究,内容涉及癌症患者心理发展特征,癌症易患人群的人格特征,癌症患者心理需求,对癌症患者的生活质量如何评定,对癌症患者如何进行心理干预,以及心理干预的效果的评估。结论:心理干预能够提高癌症患者的生活质量。但现有的研究仍存在研究方法单一,研究深度不够,研究工具所用自制量表较少等缺陷。今后应综合多种研究方法,拓展和深化研究内容。

OBJECTIVE： To review the development in amelioration of the life quality of patients with cancer in the past decade from the view of society and psychology. DATA SOURCES： A computer-based search for articles related to the psychological intervention on patients with cancer published between January 1994 and December 2005 was conducted in China Journal Full-Text Database by using the key words of ＂cancer, psychology＂, and the language was limited to Chinese. STUDY SELECTION： All the articles were selected firstly. Inclusion criteria： Literatures on the exploration of treatment of cancer patients in a mode of physiology-psychology-society. Exclusion criteria： repetitive studies. DATA EXTRACTION： A total of 141 articles related to the psychological intervention on cancer patients were collected, and 121 articles met the inclusion criteria. Twenty repetitive articles were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS： There were 48 qualitative investigations and 73 quantitative studies in 121 articles, wbieh were involved in the characteristics of psychological development of cancer patients, the personality of cancer-liablc patients, the psychological needs of cancer patients, the assessment of the life quality in cancer patients, the psychological intervention on cancer patients and the assessment of the effects of psychological intervention. CONCLUSION： Psychological intervention has the effect of promoting the quality of life in cancer patients, However, there are still some scarcities in those articles, and in the future, it＇s important to apply multiple research methods, extend the research contents and draw distillate from traditional medicine, so as to apply the results of the research on psychological intervention to cancer patients.
