摘要
考察不同锻炼情境对高中学生主观幸福感的影响.采用实验法、心理测查法等进行研究。结果表明,不同锻炼情境对高中学生主观幸福感的效应显著(Wilk’s∧=0.717,F=3.72,P<0.01)。主要表现在正性情感方面,自主合作组优于合作组,合作组优于独立组。由此可见,不同锻炼情境的身体锻炼对高中学生主观幸福感的影响效果不同,有利于激发锻炼者自主需要、关系需要的锻炼情境,更有助于提高高中学生的主观幸福感。
This article probes into effects of different kinds of training environment on the subjective well-being(SWi3)of senior high school students, using psychology survey and experimentation. The result shows that different kinds of training environment cause notable effects on the SWB senior high school students(Wilk' s A = 0. 717, F = 3.72, P〈 0.01 ), which mainly shows in positive emotions, cooperative exercise groups are superior to autonomous exercise groups and autonomous exercise groups are superior to independent exercise groups. In conclusion, different kinds of training environment cause different effects on the SWB of the senior high school students, which stimulates the autonomous needs of physical exercisers, The training environments in relation to the needs is better for improving the SWB of senior high school students.
