论我国高校高水平运动队学生的人文素质教育

Study on Humane Quality-Oriented Education for High-level Athletes in Chinese Universities

在我国面向21世纪发展的过程中,人才是我国实现战略发展目标的关键,大学生作为我国人才中的主力军,其素质的高低对我国能否实现跨越式发展和既定目标具有重要的影响,而提高大学生人文素质是培养高素质人才的重要保证。高水平运动队作为高校中的特殊群体,作为我国高等教育跨世纪人才培养目标中的重要组成部分,显示出了许多与高校普通大学生在人文素质方面的劣势和不足。本文通过分析我国高水平运动队学生人文素质的现状以及进行人文素质教育的现实意义,提出了针对高水平运动队学生加强人文素质教育的基本对策。

In the process of chinese development facing the 21st century, the talent is critical to achieve strategic development. As the major force, the university students＇ quality level directly affects the achievement of leapfrog development and the goal decided before. Furthermore, improving the university students＇quality level of culture is an important guarantee to develop the high quality talents. However, as the special group in university and key ingredient of our countries＇ talenttrained goal in advanced education, the hlgh-level athletes show many faults and lacks in the aspect of cultural quality. By analyzing the present state of cultural quality of the high-level athletes in our country and the realistic meaning of the humane quality-oriented education. This article demonstrates the basic methods to strengthen the education of humanity quality to the high-levelathletes.
