摘要
采用青少年身体自我量表和体育锻炼习惯问卷,对908名大学生进行测量和调查,结果显示:经常参加体育锻炼大学生其身体自我满意度明显高于没有锻炼的大学生,每周2次以上和每次30分钟以上,均可明显提高其身体自我满意度;经常锻炼的大学生不仅在运动方面的自我评价比较高,对自己外貌、身材和性方面的认识也更积极;体育锻炼对身体自我的影响存在性别差异,对女生的提升作用比较明显,每周1次以上可明显改善其身体自我满意度;身体自我满意度越高,其在健康生活方式及运动感受方面的认识越积极。
908 college students were measured by the self-scale and were investigated by questionnaire on physical exercise. The results show that the physical self-satisfaction have a positive relation with participation on frequent physical exercise. Physical exercise over two times every week and over thirty minutes every time can significantly improve the physical selfsatisfaction of university students. And physical exercises not only significantly improve the self-evaluation on sports activity of university students, but also have much positive self-evaluation on appearance, stature and sex. There are significant differences between male and female college students in physical self-satisfaction through participating physical exercise. The influence of physical exercise on self-satisfaction of female students is much significant than the male. Female students participating more than once every week could significantly improve their physical self-satisfaction.
