胸大肌肌皮瓣在头颈肿瘤外科的临床应用（附60例报告）

Clinical Uses of Musculocutaneous flap of tne Musculus Pectoralis Mejor in Head and Neck Surgery-Report of 60 Cases

对６０例头颈部恶性肿瘤病人施行了６１例次胸大肌肌皮瓣移植．修复头颈部术后大面积缺损．修复部位有口腔、口咽、面颊、颈部等区域．岛状肌皮瓣最大面积为ｇｃｍ～１０ｃｍ×１０ｃｍ～１２ｃｍ．肌皮瓣全部坏死率３．３％．部伤坏死率８．２％．该组织瓣优点多、用途广．是头项外科一个较理想的组织瓣．

From October 1987 to July 1994,We operated on 60 cases with head and neck malignant tumors for 61 times,transplanting the musculocutaneous flap of the musculus pectoralis major to reconstruct the large defect after the operatiag of head and neck.The sites of reconstruction were oral cavity,oropharynx,hypopharynx,cheek and neck.The largest size of island musculocutaneous flap was 9～10cm×10～12cm.The total flap necrosis was 3.3%.Partial necrosis transplantation of the flap and the reconstruction of complicated defect werediscussed.
