摘要
应用Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因表达蛋白的单克隆抗体，采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，对１８例肺鳞癌和２１例肺腺癌石蜡切片进行标记，探讨Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２基因表达蛋白与肺鳞癌及腺癌生物学行为的关系。结果发现：肺鳞癌和腺癌ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白阳性表达率分别为３８．９％和６６．７％，两者阳性表达率无显著差异。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２基因蛋白表达和肺鳞癌及腺癌患者的性别、年龄、吸烟指数、肿瘤部位、组织学分级、肿瘤大小无关。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白阳性表达的患者较易发生淋巴结转移、病期较晚、预后差。
The monoclonal antibody to p185 and ABC immunohistochemical method were used in this study to detectp185 expression in paraffinembeded sections of squamous carcnoma and adenocarcinoma of the Lung. The purpose of the studywas to identify the relationship between p185 expression and the biologic behavior of lung neoplasms.Our resultsdemonstrated that the positive rates of p185 immunostaining in squamous carcimoma and adenocarcinoma of the lung were38.9%and 66.7%irespectively.No significaiit difference was fonud between squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in P185expression. P185 expression was not correlated with age,sex,smoking index,tumor site,cell differentiation or tumor size.Patients with expression of pl85 were more susceptible to regional lymph nodes spread and had increased stage and diminishedsurvival.
