高效液相色谱法测定健胃消炎颗粒中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin Contents in Jianweixiaoyan Granules by HPLC

目的建立健胃消炎颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。结果样品中芍药苷得到很好分离,芍药苷对照品的线性范围是0．108 6- 0．543μg,r=0．999 9,平均加样回收率为97．9％,RSD为1．38％。结论HPLC法结果准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin contents in Jianweixiaoyan granules. Methods The contents of paeoniflorin was determinated by HPLC. The samples were separated by C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid （15 ： 85）,wavelength of detection was at 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 108 6 - 0. 543 μg （r =0. 999 9） and the average recovery rate was 97.9%, RSD = 1.38%. Conclusion The method is accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Jianweixiaoyan granules.
