高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚含量

Determination of Paracetamol in Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochlorde Tablets by HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法以Water Spherisorb C18柱(150 mm×4．6 mm, 5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20:80:0．5)为流动相,流速为1 mL／min,检测波长为249 nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚平均加样回收率为98．16％,RSD为0．84％(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方氨酚烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paraeetamol in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydroehloride tablets. Methods Chromatographic condition included Water Spherisorb C18 （150 mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm） column and mobile phase of mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial （20：80：0.5）. Flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 249 nm. Results The average reeovery rate paraeetamol was 98. 16%, RSD =0. 84% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used for the determination of paraeetamol in compound paraeetamol and amantadine hydroehloride tablets.
