353例孕妇TORCH感染与不良流产的关系

Analysis of the Relationship of TORCH Infection and Abnormal Pregnancy in 353 Cases

目的:探讨TORCH感染与不良流产的关系。方法:对353例孕妇用酶联免疫吸附试验测RV-IgM,TOX-IgM,CMV-IgM,HSV-IgM。结果:353例中,RV-IgM阳性者18例,阳性率为5.10%,TOX-IgM阳性者9例,阳性率为2.55%,CMV-IgM阳性者7例,阳性率为1.98%,HSV-IgM阳性者5例,阳性率为1.42%。结论:不良流产与TORCH感染有关。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between TORCH infection and abnormal pregnancy. Methods： A total of 353 cases of pregnant women were investigated and their RV-Igm,TOX-Igm,CMV-Igm and HSV-Igm were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, Result： RV-Igm,TOX-Igm,CMV-Igm and HSV-Igm positive were respectively 18, 9, 7 and 5 cases. The positive rates were 5.10%, 2.55%,1.98% and 1.42% respectively, Conclusion： Abnormal pregnancy is related to the TORCH infection.
