以医院评审为契机 推动医院可持续发展

Regarding the Hospital Examination an Opportunity and Promoting the Hospital's Continuing Development

按照山西省“三级综合医院评审标准(试行)修订稿”(以下简称“标准”)要求,医院积极开展了迎接三级医院评审的准备工作。“标准”是医院评审的惟一依据,是评审的尺子和镜子,掌握“标准”,把“标准”层层分解落实到各部门、科室和个人。医院评审的重点是质量、安全、服务、绩效；核心是医疗质量与医疗安全的管理和持续质量改进。在评审准备中,建立健全各项规章制度,抓重点部门建设,严格落实核心制度,优化服务流程,打造医院品牌,积极开展新技术、新项目,医院评审工作推动了医院的可持续发展。

According to ＂the revised manuscript of level Ⅲ General Hospital examining standard （which is under trying out） of Shanxi Province, our hospital has launched a series of preparing work for the Level Ⅲ Hospital examination. The ＂standard＂ is the only basis and the ruler and minor of the hospital examination. Therefore , we should master the ＂standard＂ and put it into effect all over every department, section and person ,The focal point of the hospital examination is quality, security, services and achievements, and meanwhile the nucleus is the control of medical quality and security, as well as the continuing quality improving. In the course of the examination, we promote the continuing development of the hospital by setting up kinds of regulations, building up important departments, making sure nucleus systems strictly done, optimizing the service process, molding the hospital trademark and developing new technology, and new projects.
