The historical development of Kaifeng City, benefits from the enough water resource of the Yellow River as well as suffers its frequent burst, flood and channel changes. Therefore, we should comprehensively manage and exploit the Yellow River with advanced technology, renew its deserved circumstance, and make it benefit people better.
