Modern service industry is a new motive power of the sustainable development of modern economy and society, and an important symbol of modernization and internationalization of economy in a country or a region. Now the modern service industry of Henan is facing an unprecedented opportunity to develop during the period of the eleventh-five-year programme. In order to speed up the development of our province＇s MIS, we must base on the explicit development priority to accelerate the process of market-oriented service industry, adopt the industrilized management, gradually form the development pattern of pluralistic investment, strengthen ,socialized service, creat amiable outward milieu, enhance the pace of opening to the outside, explore international market actively.
