Based on the distribution and traffic volume status of freight stations of Beijing Railway Administration,the essay expounds the advantages of intensive railway freight transportation,analyzes the problems existing in intensive transport,puts forward the guideline and principle of Beijing Railway Administration to establish freight transport intensification strategy,as well as proposals on optimizing the distribution adjustment of freight stations and establishing intensively-operated loading bases,etc.
