摘要
电弧炉炉衬寿命影响产量、炼钢作业率、电耗及耐火材料消耗等重要经济技术指标,分析影响电弧炉炉衬寿命的因素,提出选择耐火材料及电极的极心圆原则,改进炉衬砌筑工艺、三相电弧功率分布及冶炼操作等措施,提高了电弧炉炉衬寿命。
The lining duration of Electric Arc Furnace influences the output, the electricity consumes, consumes of refractory material and so on important economical technical specification. Analysis factor of influence on lining duration of Electric Arc Furnace, proposes principle of selection of refractory material and core circle of electrode, improvement measure masonry and building craft of furnace lining, distribution of three-phase electric arc power and smelting operation, increases lining duration of Electric Arc Furnace.
