摘要 采用挤压铸造法制备氧化铝纤维和碳纤维混杂增强ZL109复合材料,SEM观察预处理前后的氧化铝纤维、碳纤维的形貌,金相显微镜观察纤维在复合材料中的分布。结果表明:预处理使氧化铝纤维和碳纤维长径比满足制备合格预制件的要求,并有利于纤维在预制件中的均匀分散及预制件的成型;挤压铸造法制备的(Al2O3f+Cf)/ZL109复合材料中纤维在基体中分布均匀,并具有方向性。 (Al2O3f+Cf)composites were fabricated by squeezing casting, the appearance of carbon fiber and Al2O3 fiber before-and-after pretreatment were investigated by scanning electron microscope. With the help of optical microscope, the fiber distribution in composites was observed. The results showed that the ratio between the length and diameter of the pretreated carbon and Al2O3 fibers could fabricate qualified prepares. Therefore, it was beneficial to the well-distributed fiber and the formation of performs, And there was no carbon fiber oxidized in performs. At last, we could obtain composites with fiber well distributed.
