Influences of Heat Treatment Processes on Failure Forms of Gear Drives and Corresponding Countermeasures

齿轮失效是机械设备最为常见的故障,往往导致整体设备不能正常工作。文中着重论述了不同的热处理工艺对齿轮传动几种主要失效形式的影响,剖析了产生的原因,并提出了切实可行的解决办法,为齿轮设计提供了理论上的参考。

Gear failure is one of most frequent failures of mechanical equipment. The influences of different heat treatment processes on several main failure forms of gear drives are introduced and the causes are analyzed in this paper. Finally, some effective countermeasures are presented in order to avoid these tailures.
